We are looking for a reliable and dependable professional security guard to provide security for site in Sharon, MA. You will work with staff to maintain a peaceful environment. The ideal candidate would be flexible and have excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Arriving to shifts on time and being available to help de-escalate as needed is the main part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Investigate disturbances and stay alert
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents

Skills

• Must be reliable, dependable and flexible
• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Integrity and professionalism
• High school degree
• Knowledge of de-escalation techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
