 Umpqua Community College is located in beautiful Southern Oregon between the mountains of the Cascade Range to the east and the Coastal Range to the west. • High School diploma or GED. Preference for candidates with college course work or degrees.
• One year experience in a security, police, or military capacity or security experience and basic knowledge of contemporary security and property protection techniques and methodologies.
• Must possess valid Oregon driver's license, which is required to operate college vehicles and be covered under college insurance.

• Most possess or be able to obtain first aid, blood borne pathogen, AED, and heart-saving training within 90 days of employment.
• Must possess or be able to obtain DPSST unarmed security officer security certificate within 30 days of hire date.
