Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Armed Guard to join our team. As an Armed Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Your primary duty will be to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access by providing a visible presence and enforcing security protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Conduct security checks of premises, including doors, windows, and gates
- Escort individuals or groups to designated locations as required
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in the event of an emergency or criminal activity
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and concerns

Skills:
- Strong conflict management skills to handle potentially volatile situations calmly and effectively
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures to provide immediate assistance if needed
- Experience in loss prevention techniques to minimize theft or damage to property
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices and procedures
- Possession of a valid armed guard certificate or license
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the use of CCTV systems
