Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Security Guard to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure the organizations property grounds. All applicants must have a valid NYS diver license and an active NYS Security Guard License. Expected shift availability will be Monday thru Friday 6pm x 6am. Applicants will be expected to have weekend flexibility including overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
