Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Armed Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a current valid guard card and firearm permit, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets.

Responsibilities:

Security Enforcement: Patrol designated areas to deter and detect unauthorized activities, ensuring the safety of clients, employees, and property.

Armed Response: Respond promptly and effectively to security threats, emergencies, and incidents, utilizing appropriate force as necessary.

Adherence to Legal Requirements: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to security operations, including maintaining an up-to-date guard card and firearm permit.

Professional Conduct: Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times, demonstrating strong ethical standards and representing the company with integrity.

Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of vigilance and attention to detail, identifying and reporting potential security risks.

Documentation: Complete accurate and detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.

Communication: Collaborate effectively with other security personnel, law enforcement, and client representatives to share information and coordinate efforts.

Emergency Response: Act decisively during emergency situations, providing first aid when necessary, and coordinating with emergency services.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper care, maintenance, and functionality of all security equipment, including firearms, to guarantee readiness in critical situations.

Qualifications:

Current and valid guard card.

Current and valid firearm permit.

Prior experience in armed security or law enforcement is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick, effective decisions.

Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.

Reliable and punctual.
