Security Shift Supervisor Assistant - Casino jobs in Killeen, TX

• Monitors assigned areas and facility areas, crowds, suspicious activity.
• Escorts Trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.
• After business hours, checks doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure.
• Contacts law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency and immediately notifies Executive Director of the situation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Authoritative verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings.

• Ability to monitor the property and access areas quickly.
• Physically able to capture and detain individuals if necessary.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk or standing and walking around areas to monitor.
• Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds at a time.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must be able to exercise high levels of discretion and confidentiality
• Able to make decisive, sound decisions
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with members of the public
