$35.50 HOURLY BASE RATE Total compensation $42.70

Position Summary

The Armed Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for performing licensed security guarding duties with professionalism and tact to ensure the safety and security at our valued client location. This is an outstanding opportunity, offering key client exposure and tremendous growth potential within the security space. As a key member of the Arrow team and essential resource to our clients, Armed Security Shift Supervisors will manage the activities of the Armed Security Guards assigned to their locations and are highly perceptive at identifying potential threats within assigned areas and prompt in communicating events.

Additional Union Benefits:

• Supplemental Benefit: $7.20 per hour worked up to 40 hours per week.
• Option to enrol in OR opt out of a union-sponsored Health Fund/supplemental benefit of $7.20

*Employees choosing to opt out will receive the supplemental benefit (7.20) paid directly to retirement account.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Provides onsite watch/protection of assigned post and designated perimeter
• Observes, reports and supports client expectations
• Reports all breaches per applicable methods
• Utilizes company scheduling platform for clock-ins/clock-outs of scheduled shift
• Evaluates and responds to alerts in surrounding area with professionalism and according to company protocol
• Assists security guards with de-escalation when applicable per company protocol
• Assure security guards are on post with proper uniform
• Works with diligence and respect to ensure the safety and security of assigned client, visitors and property.
• Adheres to all Company service and operating standards

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

• Valid NYS Armed Security Guard License
• Law Enforcement Background
• Either a Valid NYC Concealed Carry Permit OR Valid HR-218 Permit
• Good Guy Letter
• Exceptional work ethic
