```Responsibilities```
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on site
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to identify any suspicious activities or potential threats
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take appropriate action
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed

```Qualifications```
- Valid CPR certification
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Previous experience in loss prevention, surveillance, or a related field is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security operations
- First aid training is a plus
- Military or law enforcement background is highly desirable
