We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual as a Front Desk Administrator at the Military & Family Readiness Center at Altus AFB, OK. As the first point of contact you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Register guests and provide them with appropriate information
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about services and facilities
• Maintain guest records and update information in the system
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Provide general clerical support to the management team
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent typing skills for data entry purposes
• Proficiency in office management software and tools
• Ability to serve as a personal assistant to guests by fulfilling their requests promptly
• Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
• Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
• Strong clerical skills for tasks such as filing, transcribing messages, etc.
• Ability to handle customer support inquiries with professionalism and patience
