Join our finance team as an invoicing billing specialist.

Seeking to hire two in this role.

The invoicing billing specialist will receive details from completed projects and service work as completed by our company. Assess and analyze details ensuring accuracy and work with other business units outside and inside our company to address any questions. Function as a lead on customer communication, as related to invoicing questions and engaged follow-up. Accurately generate the invoice and submit billing to our end customers for their processing and payment. This is a higher volume capacity role, thus seeking a motivated independent candidate that also thrives collaborating on a team.

Desired Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should have at least moderate invoicing experience, and/or a degree in a business or finance related field.
• Possess a drive and motivation for process improvement, and the character trait of grit to push for the needed outcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in keeping with a professional business environment.
• Must be able to work with others as a team collaborator, as well as be highly efficient alone.

Experience level:

• 1 -2 years or more invoicing billing experience desired (high volume)
