Location: Rock Island, IL

Pay: $17.70/hour

Schedule: Normal schedule will be M-F 6AM - 2PM but MUST be flexible to cover shifts as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Securitas is hiring a full time site supervisor for a client site in Rock Island, IL. This person will work closely with their District Manager and client management to run daily operations at the site. They will be responsible for overseeing security officers, including training, scheduling, and issuing disciplinary actions. Must be able to work independently and follow direction. Excellent communication and problem solving skills required. Must be comfortable with the use of basic technology. One year of security and/or leadership experience strongly preferred.

Job duties at the client site include access control and vehicle patrols - a valid drivers license and clean driving record is required. Foot patrols may also be conducted at times and exposure to inclement weather is possible.

This site operates 24/7 and the supervisor must be available to cover open shifts as needed, potentially with short notice, on ANY shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a HS Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen (including THC)
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation
• Must have a reliable means of communication (cell phone).
• Must have a professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.
• Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
