    • Assist agents in quoting new business and renewals.
    • Investigate and resolve client complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
    • Collaborate with partner carriers such as underwriting and claims to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the company's database.
    • Educate clients on risk management strategies and loss prevention techniques to help mitigate potential claims.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products or coverage options to clients based on their needs.
    • Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
    • Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
    • Provide input on process Improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing client information and policy data.
    • Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating multiple software systems (e.g. Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, Outlook).
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Empathy and patience when dealing with clients, particularly during challenging situations.
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships with clients.
    • A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
