Primary Purpose:
We are seeking an energetic, customer-oriented professional to join our Customer Service Representative team (Property and Casualty Insurance Focus). This role is for people who want to provide our policyholders the excellent customer service they want and need. You’ll be the first contact for our customers: answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendation. Representatives are expected to exercise good judgment, flexibility, and friendliness in their interactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Answering multiple phone lines, providing outstanding customer service to agency customers, which includes consulting clients on coverage and protection limits as well as providing annual insurance reviews.
· Responsible for receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers and providing requested documentation.
· Utilizing the computer database to verify and document information and communication.
· May independently solve problems of limited scope and complexity.
Minimum Skills and Competencies:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.
· MUST be Bilingual (Spanish)
· Proven customer support or customer service experience
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
· Effective listener who is proactive in problem solving
· Organized and detail-oriented
· 1 year insurance experience, preferred
