Meets all sales and service quality standards and goals. Additionally, Select Customer Relationship Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Relationship Banker III will work closely with customers to assist them with their banking transactions, including account opening, account maintenance, and transactional activities, while providing exceptional and courteous service. The Relationship Banker III will handle cross-selling opportunities to customers and will identify opportunities to refer customers to banking specialists. The Relationship Banker III assists in bank balancing duties, contacts to other departments for situational resolutions, and other branch-related tasks. The Relationship Banker III will assist in solving customer problems appropriately and efficiently.
