Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, NO cold calling, and other lead generation methods

- Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients and further develop their business plans
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
Qualifications:
- Preferred Some College in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development and account management, preferably in a consulting or professional services industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts and solutions to clients
- Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel when necessary
