We are seeking: a Managing Broker for our Rockaway Office

A New Jersey Broker's license is a must!

Responsibilities

• Nurture and grow the office
• Actively recruit experienced agents
• Enthusiastically promote the use of our Title, Mortgage, and Insurance Affiliates
• Set goals with your agents and coach them to meet those goals
• Lead by example, conduct your business with the adoption of the company Mission Statement as a guide
• Promote personal growth and knowledge through attendance at company Masterminds, and Training
• Attend leadership meetings
• Promote community involvement
• Coach agents to excel
• Maintain a healthy profit and loss statement

Qualifications

• An existing New Jersey Real Estate Broker's License is preferred or must be willing to obtain one immediately
• Proven Success in Recruiting Real Estate Agents is essential
• A self-starter
• A willingness to learn and stay up to date on market trends, and technology
• Proven success in personal Real Estate Sales
• Enjoying Coaching agents in business development
• Technology Savy
• A Team Player
• A Servant Leader

Compensation$60,000 - $70,000 Bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
