The starting pay for this position is $85,000/year plus a bonus.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
You typically will work 5 days a week, 6 am - 2 pm, and every other weekend.
As our Maintenance Manager, you can expect to dive right into overseeing the maintenance operations, conducting regular equipment inspections, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing technician schedules, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all machinery is running efficiently to meet production goals. You will work closely with the production team to minimize downtime and maximize productivity, as well as collaborate with other departments to implement preventative maintenance programs.
