What would this position provide you?

Where would your desk be?

• The workspace will be based in Burlington, IA.

What do we need from you?

• Great work ethic, positive attitude and the drive to succeed!
• Work with operations and estimating teams to gain new and service existing customers.
• Perform field visits to ensure customer satisfaction when needed.
• Present sales, revenue, expense reports and realistic forecasts to management on new customers acquired.
• Perform job duties efficiently and with minimum direct supervision.
• Be able to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and projects.
• Be able to utilize a computer/tablet efficiently and be able to utilize Microsoft office programs and others as needed to generate your own sales targets and required reports.
• Ability to travel extensively. Will be home most weekends, but weekdays will be expected to be performing boots on the ground sales.

Just a couple more things….

• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 3 years of sales experience
• 2 years in the construction/industrial coatings experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent communication skills
