Job Description/Responsible for:

It is the primary responsibility of the Cook to demonstrate superior customer service skills and maintain a clean and presentable Kitchen.  Must know food temps, able to read recipes, and must be able to work at a hurried pace.    Must be able to lift 25 pounds, be able to squat, bend, reach and turn without assistance.  Must be able to communicate effectively with guest and staff. Must be able to stand up to eight (8) hours.

Must be able to obtain a Health card and non-slip shoes.
