Service Contract Administration Manager jobs in Asheville, NC

NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association is recruiting for an Administration Manager to lead our administrative support team in our Asheville, NC office. Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Providing leadership, feedback, coaching and employee development for a team of six,
• Managing facilities for NTCA’s Asheville office location,
• Supporting internal benefits operations area with administrative tasks and projects,
• Coordinating registration and materials preparation for financial education seminars for NTCA’s member companies and participants in NTCA retirement plans,
• Evaluating existing work processes and recommending enhancement to achieve process improvements.

This position requires leadership experience, experience with facilities management, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and database applications. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and a high degree of familiarity with Microsoft products.
