  • The Warehouse Administration Leader will be responsible for warehouse operations and facilities. This self-starter will lead and perform a variety of tasks in connection with the receipt, storage and distribution of construction supply products. This position will also receive, check, store, count and distribute inventory of all types in accordance with established systems, procedures and methods.

    Requirements:
    • Previous experience operating a forklift
    • Previous experience maintaining inventory records with computer software
    • Previous experience coordinating other team members to develop storage and retrieval systems that maximize space efficiency
    • Strong work ethic and integrity with a positive mental attitude
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
    • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of (5) years experience in a warehouse environment

    Responsibilities to oversee and/or perform include, but are not limited to:
    • Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
    • Process documents for receiving inventory and double check against receiving documents
    • Use the computer to update and maintain inventory
    • Load or unload items on or from trucks
    • Conveys items to and from receiving, shipping and storage areas
    • Stage material for next day and same day load outs
    • Stack and arrange product on pallets
    • Lead / Assist with periodic inventory cycle counts
    • Assisting with equipment maintenance, including cleaning and repairing forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery
    • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Work Hours:
    Monday - Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm and as necessary to meet goals & objectives especially during peak demand times.
