Summary:

Primarily supporting the Global Product E2E Risk Mgmt., Director. Additionally Supporting ORM Team.

Responsibilities:

• Create Bi-Weekly Global Risk Management communication for Kenvue Senior Leaders.
• Ensure Data for various reports are inputted and accurate.
• Update ORM SharePoint site as needed.
• Manage ORM Yammer Page (if created).
• Track and Update Case Recommendations
• Supporting with any data entry as required.
• Assist with processing PO’s and invoices.
• Support the global risk management team with admin tasks include but not limited to agencies, conference, calls, trip arrangements, and any other administrative required tasks.

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent

3 years of experience
