    Job Summary:

    This role provides contract support, bearing responsibility for review and negotiation of customer, distributor, subcontractor and other forms of agreements as well as maintaining standard contract templates. This role may also be called upon to provide support in government contracting and compliance and other business-related matters.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Timely review and negotiate contracts, including agreements for the purchase and sale of products and services (including software license agreements and SaaS), non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements, and construction agreements, among others.
    • Review and maintain standard contract templates.
    • Ensure all commercial contracts are negotiated and completed within the legal parameters of Securitas policies.
    • Foresees and protects the company against legal risk.
    • Advises and provides support on any contract compliance concerns.
    • Deep knowledge of commonly used contracting concepts, practices, and provisions.
    • Track and maintain contract data via shared network folders, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered, methods of distribution, and business processes of Securitas Healthcare to provide effective contracting principles and assistance.

    Requisite Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
    • Responsiveness, patience, and an ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities
    • Ability to demonstrate a broad sense of commercial awareness
    • Detail oriented
    • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Extensive Experience in contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation, including review and negotiation of customer/supplier contract documents

    Education/Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience
    • 7 years’ experience in contract administration
    • Healthcare, medical device, construction, governing, or insurance contracting experience preferred
