Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project management team and ensuring the smooth operation of project-related activities.
Duties:
- Candidate will be responsible for assembling and distributing all project related submittals. Candidate will track the submittals progress and interface with project management team on any issues.
- Candidate will be responsible for all purchasing related activities, including but not limited to, ordering, scheduling, tracking, and verification of materials.
- Candidate will be responsible for assembling and distributing all close-out related documentation.
- Candidate may be asked to perform other duties as directed by the project management team and executive leadership.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling phone etiquette
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe is a must.
- Familiarity with ComputerEase Construction Software is a plus.
- Previous experience as in a project administrator role is a plus.
- Familiarity with flooring is a definite plus.
Compensation:
- Full-time hourly position. Pay will be commiserate with experience. Targeting $24 per hour.
