Now hiring FULL TIME Service Writer

KNOWLEDGE OF AUTOMOTIVE NEEDED

This position is the first eyes and ears on the job, you will be responsible for checking in customers, providing estimates and keeping estimates up to date with estimates, keeping technicians on schedule and keeping them busy. Service Writer will also be responsible for check out with customers- taking and recording payments and providing receipts. Service Writer duties will vary day-to-day but it is important for the candidate to be well organized and able to handle themselves under pressure. We are a busy full-service shop.

*Available Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm

*Excellent customer service skills
*Multi-task in a consistently busy environment
*Answer multi-line phone system
*Data entry
*Typing and General computer skills required
*Maintain computerized records
*Invoicing
*Faxing/Emailing/Mailing invoices/collect payments
*Other duties as directed by supervisor
*Updating customers on vehicle repairs
*Intake and outtake of customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
