Additionally, Service Contract Administrator may participate in review of customer issues and may recommend modifications to the services or terms. May assist with contract negotiations.     Job Description:

    We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented Commercial Dispatch Administrator. As a Dispatch Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our company, and will be responsible for route monitoring, reconciliation, and communication with operation staff and customers to ensure proper service and documentation of activities. This is a 6 day a week job, and you will work exclusively onsite in our office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Route Monitoring
    • Route Reconciliation
    • Communicate with and assist operational staff to ensure scheduled and extra services are completed
    • Communicate with customers to answer questions or notify them of any service issues.
    • Ensure proper documentation of the day’s operational activities.
    • Scan and file all paperwork daily
    • Perform other tasks as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Knowledge of standard office equipment, computer hardware and software.
    • Ability to analyze and comprehend information
    • Spanish bilingual is a plus.

    Experience:

    • 2 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred
    • Knowledge of the waste industry is preferred

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
