Ignite is recruiting for a Junior Level Contracts Analyst to support our corporate office located in Huntsville, Alabama. This position will assist and support the Contract Manager in the development and execution of procurement and services contracts. This position receives on-the-job training and mentoring from a senior specialist and/or formal specialized training to develop the candidate to progress to target level.
The Contracts Analyst will be responsible for performing intermediate level administrative support tasks associated with all facets of contracts administration. The chosen candidate(s) will have specialized related knowledge and will work as a member of a team and assist with solving complex problems. The candidate(s) will assist with managing, pro-actively, a wide range of administrative duties and processes. Candidate will also have responsibility for frequent management of multiple, complex and/or high-priority projects concurrently, which require considerable coordination and follow-through to successfully meet requirements. Candidate will also participate in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on multiple projects of varying contract types, sizes, complexity, and level of risk. The candidate will have a significant interface with Project Managers, Contract Management staff, Senior Technical Personnel, and other functional organizations.
