Database Administrator | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking an Administrator for a healthcare client located remotely. This is a contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Wage Type: W2

• Verification of educational credentials, at a minimum verification of a high school diploma or its equivalent. Verify licensing and credentialing by any government or accrediting agency for positions which indicate such requirements.
• Reference checks shall be made to the Temporary Worker's most recent previous employer(s).
• Supplier shall ensure that a Temporary Worker's skills match the requirements of the position.
• Supplier shall supply Humana with a resume if required for any Temporary Worker candidate recommended for employment.
• Verification of US citizenship (Dual Citizenship is not acceptable).
• Supplier shall conduct background investigations and drug screenings of all Temporary Workers assigned to Humana. A new background check and drug screen is required for any contingent worker with a break in service of ninety (90) or more days. Supplier shall comply with all federal and state laws concerning such investigation and drug testing including, without limitation, the Fair Credit reporting Act, and shall indemnify, defend and hold Humana harmless for any violations.
