ERG (), a well-respected consulting firm with a wide range of federal, state, and commercial clients, is seeking a full-time Contract Administrator focusing on federal government contracts support. Job Description: - Providing cradle-to-grave prime contract and subcontract administration primarily under federal government contracts
- Working directly with clients, as well as ERG technical and accounting staff, to provide integrated contract and subcontract administration support
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Preparing and developing detailed cost and pricing proposals, including profitability analysis
- Managing the subcontractor process from issuing requests for proposals to closeout
- Maintaining organized files, tracking spreadsheets, and responding to audit requests
- Drafting and negotiating Subcontracts, Non-Disclosure, and Teaming Agreements
- Implementing company purchasing system policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills: - BA/BS preferred, with a minimum of 5 years experience administering federal contracts
- Experience with GSA Multiple Award Schedules (especially professional services) and US EPA contracting a plus
- Commercial and state contracting experience a plus
- Experience with preparing, issuing, and negotiating subcontract agreements
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe
- Working knowledge of FAR
- Experience with Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee, T&M, Fixed Price, and hybrid-type contracts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
