Additionally, Service Contract Administrator may participate in review of customer issues and may recommend modifications to the services or terms. May assist with contract negotiations. POSITION OBJECTIVE
Works under the general direction of the Customer Operations and Contract Administration Manager to manage and administer contacts within the Information Technology Services Department. Contracts vary in scope but will focus on strategic partnerships and Authority revenue sources. Collaboration with internal subject matter experts, along with legal personnel is required. Other tasks include, but are not limited to, develop vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, purchasing, and contract renewals.
