Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration, including document review, contract administration and negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and administration to develop contract requirements and specifications
- Identify and assist with negotiating contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Monitor performance to ensure adherence to contract requirements
- Resolve any contractual disputes or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters
Ideal Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in contract administration a plus (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in contract management or administration
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFAR) and other relevant laws and regulations
- Experience in procurement processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to review complex documents and contracts with attention to detail
