Being a Service Contract Administrator secures necessary approvals and ensures that the standard contract terms are followed. Escalates issues involving customer claims about service to management. Additionally, Service Contract Administrator may participate in review of customer issues and may recommend modifications to the services or terms. May assist with contract negotiations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Service Contract Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. ROLE DEFINITION
DuPont is immediately hiring a Field Contract Administrator at our Midland, MI site.
As a Field Contract Administrator for DuPont, you will be responsible for managing the interface between the contractors and the site. You will be the primary liaison between the contractors and the area operations personnel - the connection between the Site Contract Administrator and the contractor. You will provide tactical support (boots on the ground) for the Site Contract Administrator.
This is a full-time position with an expectation of 80% of the time spent in the field.
