Gas Station Attendant

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to all gas station customers
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and provide instructions on how to use the pumps
- Monitor fuel levels and restock fuel as needed
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning fuel spills and maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Upsell additional products such as car washes, snacks, and beverages
- Conduct product demonstrations for new or promotional items
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak English fluently; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Basic math skills for cash handling and providing change accurately
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service to all customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
