Job Overview:

We are seeking a customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to customers and ensure the smooth operation of the gas station.

Duties:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist customers in fueling their vehicles and provide information on services offered
- Monitor fuel levels and replenish stock as needed

-Ability to enforce gas pump safety protocol and procedures
- Keep the gas station clean and organized
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as cleaning windows, checking tire pressure, and refilling windshield washer fluid

-Doing daily inventory check in and cycle count.

-Ability to acquire food handling certification

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Basic math skills for handling sales transactions
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient work environment

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Knowledge of retail math principles
- Experience in sales or upselling products/services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
