On Set Management, an agency representing behind the scenes talent in the Metroplex’s commercial photo industry, is looking for an entry level associate that can fulfill multiple roles within the company.
The associate's primary focus will be on sales and marketing. The associate will also maintain company’s website, blog, and social media sites, as well as assist in booking and scheduling of artists and assistants.

Activities
· Drive On Set Managements' marketing and sales efforts. Source new clients to solicit new business and contact existing clients for follow on business. Create and maintain promotional materials and support sales meetings where needed.
· Manage and maintain all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the company’s web site and blog. Post new photos and entries from artist and management and make suggestions for possible site improvements. Implement basic changes to the social media platforms and web site as needed.
· Monitor new social media technologies and make recommendations to add or move to new platforms or update existing applications.
· Interface and interact with clients, artists, and assistants to facilitate scheduling and bookings of print and video shoots. Keep, maintain, and analyze artist and assistant schedules. Understand artist and assistant roster and match capabilities with client needs. Notify clients, artists, and assistants of new bookings and any schedule changes in a timely manner.
· Perform any miscellaneous tasks as needed
