**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom by providing administrative support to our staff and assisting customers with their flooring needs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the showroom.
- Assist the sales team by obtaining pricing and placing orders for flooring products.
- Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, providing information and guidance on our products and services.
- Coordinate and schedule measures and installations with customers and installation teams.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payments.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of flooring products and industry experience is a plus.
