Being a Set Designer may require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Set Designer relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Designer Eyes is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and organized Accounting Clerk to join the Accounting team. This position requires a very thorough individual that is able to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with processing of AP (entering invoices & cutting checks)
Reconciling banks and credit cards
Vendor correspondence & vendor account reconciliations
Managing AP inbox
Journal entry posting
Assisting with production of financial reports
Supporting month-end close
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills
· Previous clerical or bookkeeping experience
· Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
· Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, etc)
· Microsoft NAV & QuickBooks Enterprise experience preferred
