Description

The primary responsibility of the Service Technician is to assemble incoming machines from factory before sale of unit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Reassemble machines and equipment following repair, testing operation and making adjustments as necessary.
• Record details of repairs made, and parts used.
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Continue training to meet OEM requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic mechanical skills. Individual should also have basic computer skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/ GED
• 1-2 years of service technician experience

LANGUAGE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to management.

REASONING ABILITY

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATION

• Forklift certified preferred
