    Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Diagnose and repair drain issues, then lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions for the future

    • Power snaking and auguring sewer/drain lines

    • Camera diagnoses of sewer and storm lines, with mapping and locations

    • Cleaning of lift stations, grease traps, and grease interceptors

    • Steam thawing frozen sewer lines

    • Hydro-jet cleaning

    • Residential and commercial septic pumping of tanks, lift stations, and leach fields

    • Grease trap and grease interceptor pumping

     

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Mechanical background - The candidate must be familiar with a wide variety of hand tools and power tools

    • GED/high school diploma (required)

    • Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and Fit-For-Duty pre-employment physical

    • Must have a driving record

    • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and be able to work well both in a team and independently

    • Must be punctual and reliable (workday starts at 8 AM) 

    • Strong writing skills for job summary reports and logbooks - The candidate will be required to provide a writing sample

    • Comfortable working with technology, especially tablets and smartphones operating on iOS (apple devices)

    • Must be able to lift heavy equipment (up to 100lbs) regularly and adhere to proper safety standards

    • If located outside of our standard service areas (Anchorage and the Valley), be willing to relocate to one of those areas

    • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay:Service Expert: $25.00-$30.00/hr STARTING DOE  per year benifits

    NOTE: TRAINING PAY IS $20.00/hr for the first 3-6 months.
