Job Description: As a Plant Product Manufacturing Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our production process. Your duties will include operating sewing machines to assemble fabric pieces according to specifications, following patterns or instructions to fabricate textile products, and conducting quality checks to ensure our products meet our high standards.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines. Beyond the manufacturing aspect, you'll also be involved in transplanting and maintaining plants, adding a touch of green to our workspace and getting product ready for sale.

Duties:

• Operate sewing machines to sew fabric pieces together according to specifications
• Follow patterns or instructions to fabricate textile products
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Transplant and maintain plants

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in garment construction techniques and sewing machine operation
• Ability to sew accurately and efficiently
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
