Location : Keene, New HampshireJob Number : 6329Dairy Farm Hand position available in this picturesque south western New Hampshire community.

This positions is responsible for assisting with the care of Stonewall Farm's livestock that includes 45 dairy cows in a tie-stall barn facility.

The primary focus and majority of time will be spent working with the dairy herd but with the smaller livestock and draft horses.

Must be willing to work early morning, late evening and weekend shifts on a regular basis. Primary daily responsibilities includes cleaning manure out of cows stalls, feeding cows, cleaning the animals barns and providing milking support.

Qualifications :

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, able clean stalls using hand tools, able to operate tractors and other equipment safely.

Punctuality and reliability are critical to successful job performance. The Farm Hand must strive to represent Stonewall Farm's values of high quality milk production, humane animal care, stewardship of soil and water resources and promote a positive view of agriculture.
