Castle Contracting is currently seeking out a full-time qualified Sewer Foreman to install sanitary, storm and water piping on commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a crew to complete site utility work safely, accurately, and timely.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, staff, and key stakeholders.
• Own the project from start to finish with little supervision.
• Take responsibility for the profitability of projects.
• Manage materials and equipment and communicate needs to Field operations manager.
• Timekeeping, material tracking and production tracking.
• Must be willing to assist in other tasks when required.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ verifiable experience in site utility work with a minimum of 2 years in a foreman or lead role. Additional years a plus.
• Strong understanding of the math required to figure slopes, cut/fills and layout.
• Experience with Trimble Site Works, GPS and Robotic total station a plus but not required.
• OSHA 30 hour or the ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of trench excavation and shoring techniques.
• City of Omaha Sewers License or ability to obtain.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
• Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
