Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Hand. As a Farm Hand, you will assist in various tasks in general farm maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate power tools and hand tools for various farm tasks
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Perform basic math calculations for mixing fertilizers
- Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, semi, and combine

Skills:
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
