- Full Time, hourly, non-exempt, pay rate $20.00/hr, paid bimonthly

Essential Job functions:
- Operate a variety of sewing machines (overlock, sergers, zig-zag, single needle, grommet machine, bartack) to produce high-quality finished goods
- Perform additional tasks including pinning, measuring, cutting, and calculating measurements to support sewing operations
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and speed in sewing tasks. Follow directions, identify potential issues, and engage in continuous improvement efforts while meeting deadlines
- Utilize computer systems to track order priorities, exchange job-related communications, and confirm job paperwork aligns with digital information for precise task completion
- Collaborate enthusiastically with team members to boost productivity and efficiency, fostering a positive atmosphere and encouraging collective success
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00am -7:00pm but may vary based on operational needs
Other:

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in a production environment
- Experience working with Lycra or stretch fabrics preferred
- Proficient in high school level math for precise measurements and job-related calculations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Experience working in an MRP environment is a plus, indicating the ability to work within a system that helps to plan, schedule, and manage manufacturing processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Large percent of time performing tedious tasks in varying positions including standing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling
- Ability to stand, sit, and move within the facility for prolonged periods.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 50 pounds.
