Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in office management tasks. This position offers the opportunity to oversee administrative operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level

-anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Oversee front desk activities and ensure a professional reception area
- Assist with order entry and processing tasks

-typing of estimates

- General office duties

Experience:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in using office software such as quickbooks

- Accounting experience required

- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong computer literacy skills for data entry and record keeping
- Experience in maintaining filing systems and organizing documents
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with bookkeeping tasks
