Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team. The Store Clerk will be responsible for assisting customers, operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, and providing exceptional service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately
- Provide technical sales support for electronics products
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Requirements:

- Proficiency in using a POS system
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in technical or technology sales is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Basic understanding of electronics sales
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
