    We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Chief of Staff to provide strategic support and executive-level assistance to our company's Chief Executive Officer and emerging Visionary/Impact team. The Chief of Staff will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic objectives, managing key initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across various departments. This role requires a keen interest in renewable energy and financial modeling combined with  strategic thinking, project management, and exceptional communication skills.

    The essential job functions of this position include: 

    Strategy:

    • Work closely with the CEO to assist in the development and execution of short-term and long-term strategies to achieve the company’s long term vision.

    • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

    Project Management:

    • Oversee and manage key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, set project goals, and monitor progress.

    • Identify potential roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

    • Prioritize key issues and organize key decision makers to forge consensus  

    Communication and Coordination:

    • Serve as a central point of contact between the Chief Executive, Vision/Impact Team, and various departments.

    • Facilitate effective communication, ensuring that important messages and decisions are communicated promptly.

    • Collaborate with other team members to streamline workflows and optimize internal processes.

    Executive Support:

    • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials for executive meetings and key external stakeholders.

    Data Analysis and Financial Modeling:

    • Collect and analyze data to track key performance metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.

    • Create reports and dashboards to summarize and present findings to Executive Leadership.

    • Develop and update financial models for new business models and existing investments

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of staff members, helping them perform at their best and contribute to the organization's success.


     These are our education and qualification requirements: 

    • Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline of business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

    • Five or more years of progressive management experience

    • Two years of professional experience in complex modeling/quantitative role required

    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.

    • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

    • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives

    • Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills are required and advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite;

    • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

    • Leadership experience and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

    • High attention to detail

    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

    • Highly analytical brain, as evidenced by education, past roles, & achievements

    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

    • Exceptional project management abilities.

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Passion for financial analysis and financial modeling

    • Adaptability and a willingness to take on new, complex challenges.

    •  Annual Salary Range: $70,000-$125,000
