Ship Engineer jobs in Missouri
Ship Engineer repairs and maintains gasoline and diesel engines in boats, such as yachts, tugs, and trawlers, following specifications. May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field. Being a Ship Engineer is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Ship Engineer performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. General Purpose of Job: Process and prep .COM products for orders to be shipped.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other job duties may be assigned.
Pull .COM products to be produced for orders twice weekly.
Keep shelves stocked with goods to be sold online.
Pull orders to be shipped.
Prep orders.
Scan orders.
Help with shipping, when needed.
Maintain positive attitude, manner, and communication towards co-workers and supervision.
When scheduled and authorized by the supervisor, you will be expected to work overtime.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one-to-three-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. - 1 Month Ago
