EXPERIENCED PART TIME PRODUCTION/CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION- PALM SPRINGS - 2024

Roadrunner Print and Ship is looking to hire a cheery, energetic, part-time retail associates who will work directly with our clients and in our production department..

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bring concierge-level customer service in a bright and energetic print shop.
• Assist our walk-in guests with a cheery smile and provide exceptional phone manners to our guests who call in!
• Assist with producing orders for our clients.
• Using a POS system with accuracy.

SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of previous customer service experience is a must.
• Ability to be on your feet throughout the day and able to lift up to 60lbs
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, friendly, upbeat, and helpful demeanor is a must.
• Experience with cash-handling and a POS
• 2 years of Microsoft Office is a must. This includes Word, Publisher and Outlook.
• Creative, self-motivated, assertive and takes initiative, dependable, trustworthy, and consistent. Being able to work autonomously is a must.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which may include evenings or occasional weekends.
• Must be able to perform all store opening and closing duties independently.
• Someone who has excellent phone etiquette and a passion to learn more.
• Some shipping or printing experience is a plus, but not required.

OTHER IMPORTANT TIDBITS

This role can expect to be 20-25 hours per week to start with an increase of hours based upon operating expansionS.

Starting Wage $17/hr
