Peraton in San Diego, CA is seeking a Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Port Engineer to assist onboard technicians with the maintenance, upkeep, installation, and modernization of systems and subsystems aboard LCS class ships.
The candidate will be required to perform frequent visits to ships while pier side to ascertain the health and security of systems and to help troubleshoot network issues and performance issues.
This position will also require occasional travel to assist ships force while deployed.
